Visual Literacy - What do I see? Think? Feel?
Send this through as a flipped approach. Gather the vocab before the students come to the writers session - 5 minute pair share then onto writing.

Question: Like an assignment.  Inquiry. Watch this video. What do you know about volcanoes? What do you want to know more about volcanoes?  Can set it up in different ways. Can reply to each other and can't see what everyone has responded. Teacher gets to see all.  Students can edit answers. Students can't see what others have written so they have to have a go at the thinking themselves.

Work - gives an overview of class work in progress

Assignment - kids can attach so can share with teacher more than the doc, can create their own slide etc and turn in.

Can preview in drive how everyone is going without having to open all individually.
